One hour a month, your committee decides what happens next.
The Monthly review is a service commitment written into the contract, not a report produced by software. For each venture, the Blaast team presents the month and the AI CEO’s plan, and your committee takes one of four decisions.
Figure 1. Each month, for each venture, one of four decisions. Nothing is glued, so each one remains possible.
Continue
Same mandate, next month.
- 1Offer
Adjust
The offer, price or target changes. Here, the offer brick is replaced: the old one is set aside, the new one is outlined in place.
Stop
A stop report. What was built stays yours. Every piece laid flat, sorted by type.
Accelerate
More budget, or handover to your teams: the model moves to a larger plate.
Contract terms shown as a structure. Illustrative example.
Your committee decides. Blaast prepares and presents.
60 minutes, once a month, by video or at your offices.
Your side
- The sponsor
- Decides, venture by venture.
- Finance
- Reads spend against the cap written in the contract.
- The business unit concerned
- Brings what it knows of the market and its customers.
Blaast
- The person accountable for the venture
- Prepares the review and presents it.
- The founding team
- Answers on the method and the contract.
The AI CEO does not sit at the table. Its plan does, with the cost and activity figures of its reports, computed from the operating database rather than written by the model.
Everything on the table fits on one page per venture.
The figures are frozen two days before the review and sent to the participants. The session follows the page, in order.

Month [n]
1The mandate, as signed
- Hypothesis
- A short range of best-sellers, sold direct in German, earns back its acquisition cost on the first order.
- Stop criterion
- Day 60: stop if acquisition cost exceeds first-order margin.
- Budget cap
- [cap], written into the contract
The mandate does not move between reviews. Only your committee changes it, by deciding to adjust.
2Demand signals, by level of proof
- Payment
- [N]
- Pre-order
- [N]
- Qualified request
- [N]
- Sign-up
- [N]
Signals are ranked by level of proof: a payment outweighs a sign-up. Each figure is shown with its source.
3Spend against the cap
- This month
- [amount]
- Since launch
- [amount] of [cap]
Spend is read against the cap written in the contract.
4The month, and the plan
- Done
- What was built, launched or changed.
- AI CEO’s plan
- What it will prioritise next month, and why.
- Figures
- Cost and activity, computed from the operating database.
The AI CEO plans and prioritises. Its figures are computed from the operating database; its narrative and proposals are the model’s.
5Decision
- Continue
- Adjust
- Stop
- Accelerate
- Decided by
- [sponsor]
One decision per venture, taken by your committee and recorded in writing after the session.
Figures frozen two days before the review.

What the Monthly review is not.
- Not a report generated by software. The Blaast team prepares each review from the venture’s data and the AI CEO’s reports.
- Not a decision by the AI CEO. It plans and prioritises. What commits you is decided by your committee.
- Not the only moment you can act. Between two reviews, on your request, a written directive re-plans the venture at once, or a pause stops all its activity.
