Start with one venture. Commit further only on what the market shows.
Four formats, each one a step you can stop at. Each venture is priced on its own scope and capped in the contract; any media budget is separate and approved by you.
Figure 1. Four formats. Each ends with a decision that is yours.
| Format | What it is | What is built and run | Decisions | At the end |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Framing | Working sessions with your sponsor, before anything is built. | Nothing yet: the mandate is written. | Yours: sign the mandate, or not. | A written mandate: hypothesis, market, brand, budget cap, stop criteria and their date. |
| One venture | One business in its real market, under your brand or a neutral brand. | The whole business: offer, brand, website, content, payments, launch, measurement. | Every month, at the Monthly review. | A stop report, a handover kit, or continued operation. |
| A portfolio | Several ventures in parallel, compared on the same criteria. | Each venture on its own plate, with its own cap. | Every month, with budget moved towards the strongest evidence. | Ventures ranked by level of proof, and the decisions taken. |
| A programme | A year of ventures, opened and stopped as evidence comes in. | Ventures opened over the year, within an overall cap. | Every month, plus a strategy review each quarter. | A managed portfolio, and the businesses that work handed over to your teams. |
Each venture is priced on its own scope and capped in the contract.
Figure 2. The plate is the budget: nothing is built beyond its edges.
- 1Premium: the base plate, a budget capped in the contract. Its edges are the cap.
- 2Underlying: a real business, in the real market
- Price
- Set after framing, on the venture’s real scope. We don’t publish a price list.
- Cap
- Build and operation stay within the budget written into the contract.
- Media
- Separate, approved by you, and spent through advertising accounts in your name.
- Beyond the cap
- Nothing, without your written agreement.
What each side commits to.
Blaast commits to
- Stay within the budget capped in the contract.
- Write the stop criteria and their date before launch.
- Hold the Monthly review every month.
- Have you validate the offer and the brand before go-live.
- Keep your information confidential, and sign an NDA before the first meeting if you wish.
- Open the accounts in your name: code, content, accounts and data are yours.
- Plan the exit from the first day.
You commit to
- A sponsor with authority to decide.
- Your committee’s presence at the Monthly review.
- A decision within the time agreed.
- The market access agreed at framing: products or capacity, channels, campaign budget.
- Validation of the offer, the brand and any regulated claim.
What we don’t promise.
- No revenue guarantee. A venture can miss its criteria. The stop criterion exists for that case: you receive a stop report, and what was built stays yours.
- No audience of our own. Our autonomous agents build and operate. Without your market access and an approved budget, a venture will not be conclusive.
