We answer the hard questions first, including what we don’t do.

Grouped by who asks them. Where something does not exist yet, we say so.

General management

Software that acts on its own: who is accountable?

The decisions that commit your company are your committee’s. The AI CEO plans and prioritises within a written mandate that excludes writing code, deploying, sending email and touching payments. Cost, time and activity limits are enforced in code on every work cycle. A person can steer or pause the venture at any time, and every month your committee decides whether it continues.

Our brand cannot be exposed.

A venture can run under a neutral brand that never names you. If it runs under yours, you validate the offer and the brand before go-live: it is written into the contract. The contract itself is confidential, and we sign an NDA before the first meeting if you wish.

Is this the right moment?

Uncertainty is the argument for starting small: a budget capped in the contract, stop criteria written before launch, a decision every month. In its 2025 survey of corporate venture building, McKinsey found new businesses most successful when funded milestone by milestone.

Blaast is a small company. What if it disappears?

We are small, and we say so: it is why ownership and exit are written into the contract. Code, content, accounts and data are in your name, the exit is planned from the first day, and nothing is connected to your information systems.

Will it cannibalise our core business?

It is measured rather than assumed: the share of new customers and, where it applies, a question at checkout asking whether the customer would have bought otherwise. Cannibalisation can be one of the stop criteria.

We already have an innovation team and consultants.

Blaast replaces neither. It builds and operates the venture end to end and brings evidence from the real market to your teams, who keep the decision.

Mid-sized companies

We have no one to follow it.

Your time is the framing session, the validation of the offer and the brand, and one hour a month at the Monthly review.

Our cash position won’t allow it.

The budget is capped in the contract and written before launch; any media budget is separate and approved by you. No hiring, no subsidiary, and no dedicated stock beyond what you decide.

Our distributors will object.

The venture can run under a neutral brand, or on a segment your distributors don’t serve. Their reaction can itself be a stop criterion.

Innovation leadership

Isn’t this another proof of concept?

It is a business in its market, with real payments where the offer allows it, an end date and a stop criterion written before launch. It ends with a stop report, a handover to your teams or continued operation.

Procurement will take months.

We don’t go around your procurement; we make its file simple: a closed scope, a capped amount, no integration with your information systems, ownership with you. For reference, contracting an innovation collaboration takes 10.2 months on average in France, according to Bpifrance Le Hub (September 2026).

Can we trust the AI CEO’s figures?

In its reports, cost and activity figures are computed from the operating database, not written by the model; the narrative and the proposals are the model’s. A task tied to a business objective cannot be closed without a measured result attached. At the Monthly review, each figure is shown with its source.

Return on investment is the wrong yardstick for innovation.

We don’t promise a return. A venture is judged on demand signals ranked by level of proof (payment, pre-order, qualified request, sign-up), against criteria written before launch.

And if it works?

Three outcomes are planned in the contract: stop with a report, full handover to your teams, or continued operation under your control.

E-commerce leadership

We already have an agency.

Your agency buys media. Blaast builds and operates a whole business: offer, site, payment, customer service, measurement. We work alongside your agency, which can keep buying the media.

Our platform and IT team have no capacity.

The venture runs outside your platform, with no connection to it. At most, a DNS record if you want a dedicated domain.

Sales will be misattributed.

The measurement method, a control group or a reference period, is written at framing, before any money is spent.

Who finds the customers?

You do, and it is the limit we state: our autonomous agents build and operate, and the audience comes from your market access and a campaign budget you approve. Without them, a venture will not be conclusive.

Finance, legal and security

Do you need our data?

No internal data is needed, and nothing connects to your information systems. If you offer the venture to your customers, you do it through your own channels, with tracked links we provide; no customer file is transferred.

Do you hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001?

Not today, and we don’t claim otherwise. What we can show: no connection to your systems; ventures kept apart in code, each with its own access token, secrets, deployment space, domain and encrypted credential vault; one gateway per venture whose every call is written to an audit log; an append-only operating journal. We answer your security questionnaire in detail.

What about GDPR and consent?

No customer base is transferred, and consents are collected by the venture itself. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a data processing agreement under GDPR Article 28 is attached to the contract.

And the EU AI Act?

We exclude the high-risk uses the regulation defines: no hiring, credit or health ventures.

Why is there no price on the site?

Because each venture is priced on its own scope, after framing, and capped in the contract.

You show no client references.

That is right: no client names, logos or testimonials on this site. In a meeting, under NDA if you wish, we show how a venture is built and run, with an illustrative mandate and Monthly review.

In 30 minutes, see how an operated business is built and run.

By video, with the founding team. We look together at where a first venture could sit beside your core. Under NDA if you wish.
